Trevors Learning Center opens
Founded in January 2011 as a nursery school on rented premises with a single child — the school matron's son — registered under the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Development.
About Us
From a small Early Years centre to a thriving Primary and Junior School, Trevors Academy has grown alongside the families of Kasarani.
Our Story
Trevors Academy was founded in January 2011. It was then called Trevors Learning Center, registered under the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Development, and it began as a nursery school on rented premises with just one child — the school matron's son.
The school grew rapidly because of the high standard set by the founder and Director, Mrs. Everline Ongondo, who before starting the institution was a successful teacher in a prestigious tertiary institution in the country.
By 2012 the school had acquired a piece of land in Sunton, Chieko neighbourhood. In 2017 it moved to its modern facility, and by 2020 another plot adjacent to the school was bought to provide enough playground for our very active and agile pupils. Two school vans were added for door-to-door transport.
Our aim as an institution is to provide a world-class education to pupils who will be shapers of Kenya's Vision 2030 and of world affairs tomorrow, under modern and world-class facilities.

Milestones
Founded in January 2011 as a nursery school on rented premises with a single child — the school matron's son — registered under the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Development.
Rapid growth, driven by the standard set by founder and Director Mrs. Everline Ongondo, allowed the school to acquire a piece of land in Sunton, Chieko neighbourhood.
The school relocated to its purpose-built modern campus with spacious classrooms, a computer laboratory and a library.
An adjacent plot was purchased to give our very active and agile pupils enough playground, and school vans were acquired for door-to-door transport.
Trevors Academy prepares learners who will be shapers of Kenya's Vision 2030 and of world affairs tomorrow, under modern facilities and a caring Christian ethos.
