Privacy Policy
Trevors Academy collects personal information from parents, guardians and learners only for legitimate school purposes: admissions, academic records, health and safety, transport, fee accounting and school communication.
Information we collect includes learner names and dates of birth, previous school details, parent or guardian contact details, medical notes disclosed by the family, and academic and attendance records generated during the learner's time with us.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with staff who require it for their duties, and with authorised education or health authorities where the law requires it. Records are stored securely, with electronic records protected by access-controlled accounts.
Parents may request access to, or correction of, the information we hold about their child by writing to info@trevorsacademy.sc.ke. Records are retained for as long as required by education regulations and then securely disposed of.
Terms of Use
This website is provided for information about Trevors Academy, its programmes and its admission process. Content is reviewed regularly, but fee schedules, term dates and programme details may change; the school office holds the authoritative version.
Online forms on this site — including the admission application and enquiry forms — must be completed with accurate information. Submitting a form starts an enquiry and does not itself guarantee a place at the school.
Portal accounts are issued to named parents, guardians and staff. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.
Photographs, videos, the school crest and all text on this site remain the property of Trevors Academy and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
Child Protection
The safety and dignity of every learner comes first. All staff are inducted into our child-protection procedures, and any concern about a child's welfare must be reported to the designated safeguarding lead on the same day.
Corporal punishment, bullying, harassment and discrimination of any kind are prohibited. Discipline is corrective and restorative, applied consistently through the school's guidance and counselling framework.
Visitors sign in at the gate and are escorted while on the compound. Learners are released only to parents, guardians or persons authorised in writing by the family.
School Rules
Learners are expected to arrive on time, in full and correct uniform, with the books and materials required for the day.
Respect for teachers, support staff, visitors and fellow learners is required at all times, on the compound, on school transport and on trips.
School property, library books and learning equipment must be cared for; damage caused through negligence is met by the family.
Mobile phones and valuables should not be brought to school unless the office has granted written permission.
Regular attendance is compulsory. Absence must be explained in writing by a parent or guardian, and extended absence requires prior approval from the school administration.
