Trevors Academy follows the Kenyan Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), delivered through a learning philosophy that puts the child at the centre. Lessons begin with what learners already know, move through guided discovery, and end with the learner demonstrating a competency — explaining, building, presenting or solving.

Teachers plan collaboratively within departments, share schemes of work, and observe one another's lessons. Learning is differentiated: enrichment for learners who move quickly, structured remedial support for those who need more time, and individual targets recorded in every learner's progress file.

Digital integration is practical rather than decorative — projectors, tablets, offline digital content and a computer laboratory support research, coding, presentations and creativity across every learning area.
